Regency ERP Application Project
Regency Warehouse Tool is an ERP application created for a hospitality hosting provider residing out of the US, working with a wide range of well-known hotel chains and vendors all over the United States.
Project Overview
The main goal of our client was to move from manual and excel-based flow to a convenient and polished web application, considering the numerous and complex business rules all over the system. To achieve this, extended business analysis was needed to be carried out before providing the first viable version. The main goal was the smooth transition from the current workflow to the new system with no loss. The end solution is a completely custom system, which consists of tracking the sales and purchase orders of hospitality items, shipping, and other tax management, discounts, and rebates. Another part of the solution is a CRM-like module responsible for exporting the invoices and bills to PDF, integration with a large shipping service in the US, emailing and scheduling the orders, and many other things constantly being added to the tool until now.
